How Do I Place An Order?
Order by the deadline located on the HOME page. Once you place your order, we will place ours with our roasters on the deadline date. They will prepare and package your order. The process takes about 3 - 5 days. Once the coffee is ready, (ususally 2 -3 day after roasting), it will be shipped to you. Valcooks wants to insure your order is at it's freshest possible!

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with Valcooks Coffee, please return for a refund within 15 days from the day the item is received. What Is The Proper Way To Store Coffee?
Contrary to popular belief, NEVER store coffee in the freezer or refrigerator! Moisture will compromise the freshness of your coffee and will take on the flavors of foods around it. ALWAYS store your coffee in air-tight glass or ceramic containers and always store in a cool dry area. Do not store in a cabinet above or near a stove. These areas can be warm and will rapidly reduce the flavor.
How Is Valcooks Coffee (PR) Packaged/Ground?
Valcooks Coffee is freshly grounded immediately after the roasting & cooling process. It is then packaged and sealed air-tight at the roaster. The coffee texture is ground as "flat bottom", which is the most popular grind for most home coffeemakers. Whole bean coffee is currently not available.
Which Type of Water Should Be Used For The Best Taste?
To achieve the highest quality taste for your freshly brewed coffee, use filtered water or spring bottled water.
